Position : Sales Executive/ Sales Manager

Academic Qualification : Graduate in any discipline / Post Graduate

Experience : Preferably 1 to 5 years (MBA Fresher also can apply for this Job)/ Graduate Fresher

CTC : 20K to 40K + Incentives

Location : Gurgaon

Job Description

Responsible for sales of the Company's Underwritten Projects in plotted, residential & commercial sector and achieve sales / revenue targets

• Follow-up with leads provided by firms through various campaigns
• Generate referrals from existing clients
• Identify sales prospects, conduct initial client meeting, site visits and final closure

a. Manage customer s through various stages of buying and ensure service delivery till possession using available firm resources

b. Maintain customer relation and develop business continuity

Eligibility criteria -

• Good Communication skills
• Candidates with exposure in handling Clients
• Excellent knowledge of the Real Estate Industry and Gurgaon Market
• Relevant experience & knowledge of local market (desirable but not mandatory)
• Ability to work in teams and desire to learn, grow & adapt to a fast paced environment
• Should be an existing Team Leader/ Sales Manager
